You can leave boots and coats in the hallway and relax in the spacious, cheerful sitting room with board games, books, TV etc. Beyond the WC, you will find a bright, practical kitchen/diner with views into the garden.

French windows open onto the sheltered patio and steps lead past the ancient stone shed up to the lawn, where a magnificent driftwood bench is the focal point for teas and garden drinks.

Upstairs, the large master bedroom has a double bed, washbasin and a good view of the garden. The charming second and third bedrooms in the older part of the house have twin beds (2ft 6in beds in one room). All rooms have duvets and co-ordinated linen. The tiled bathroom has bath, basin and WC.
