Littlemead is a roomy, three-bedroom bungalow built in the 1940s at the southern edge of the village near the end of West Street, which is a very quiet road. It has an exceptionally fine view of the Castle. It is an easy walk to the village centre and only a minute’s walk to Corfe Common and open country.

Littlemead stands in its own mature garden, mostly lawn with garden furniture and several shady trees. There is a spacious rectangular living room, furnished and equipped as a comfortable sitting room for up to six people, and a large double-glazed conservatory with a dining table and chairs and further comfortable seating, facing south, west and north, which is a delight in the summer months.

The three bedrooms, one double and two twins, are situated in three of the corners of the house, with the kitchen in the fourth corner. It has a very fine view of the Castle. There is a bathroom with bath, overhead shower and a basin; a utility room; and two loos. Littlemead has gas central heating. Gas and electricity are included in the price.
