River View is a spacious bungalow in the grounds of the owners’ house, built against a slope so that it is at first-floor level. Stoborough village has a garage and a pub which serves excellent food. Wareham, about ten minutes walk, is a small market town with a good selection of shops and restaurants.

Steps lead up to the front door, which opens into an airy hall. There is a spacious living room, with sitting and dining space for up to seven people. Large windows look south, west, and north giving a magnificent view across the water meadows. There is a modern fitted kitchen.

One bedroom has a king-size double bed; one has twin beds; and the third smaller bedroom has a small double bed. There is ample storage space in the two larger bedrooms. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower, basin, and loo. Further rooms in the roof space are available to clients but very low headroom makes them suitable only for children. There are fitted carpets throughout. There is oil-fired central heating.

River View is comfortable and convenient, in a peaceful situation yet close to amenities and attractions. There are plenty of beaches within easy driving distance. River View is priced to represent particularly good value.
