Sue’s Cottage is a Grade II listed traditional Purbeck stone cottage probably dating from the 17th century and situated in its own garden at the southern end of the village, close to Corfe Common. It is fully modernised and furnished with a blend of modern practical and traditional furniture.

The entrance leads into a newly fitted kitchen with oak units, ceramic gas hob and electric oven. The passage from the kitchen leads to a fitted bathroom with loo, handbasin, and rain shower over the bath.

There is some traffic noise which is much mitigated inside the cottage by secondary glazing on the ground floor and double glazing in the main bedroom.
