PRICES

1. The price for each cottage is shown here . Prices quoted are per week within the dates specified.
   
2. Short Breaks. The cost of short breaks will be four fifths of the weekly cost, for a maximum of four nights.
   
3. Gas and Electricity. Please note that the cost of gas and electricity is included in the rent unless otherwise specified.
   
4. Holiday Cancellation Insurance. We arrange holiday cancellation insurance at our expense for clients booking within the UK (including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man) against the possibility of having to cancel due to illness, bereavement, etc. We can no longer arrange such insurance for clients booking from overseas. EXTRAS

5. Heating. The arrangements for heating each cottage are shown in the description. The cost of heating is included in the rent.
   
6. Bed Linen. Bed linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels) is provided for each person named on the Booking Form, unless specified otherwise in the description of the individual cottage.
   
7. Credit/Debit Cards. We regret that we must make a surcharge of £5 for any payment by Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card and £6 for any payment by American Express.
   
8. Dogs. Dogs are accepted in some cottages at a cost of £25 per animal per week. No more than one “large” or two “small” dogs are accepted.
   
9. Other Pets. Other conventional household pets are sometimes accepted. Please enquire. There will probably be a charge.
   
10. Logs. Logs, as supplied by a local farm shop, are available to order at a cost of £3.50 per bag for cottages with open fireplaces or wood burning stoves.
    
11. Shower Stool and Raised Toilet Seat. One of each of these is available on request at no charge. The shower stool is not suitable for use in a bath with shower over.
    
12. Cots and High Chairs. A cot and high chair are available on request at no charge. Please state your requirement on the Booking Form. Please note that most of our cots are folding travel cots suitable for a child up to about two years old, but not for an active older child. Our high chairs are not equipped with harness. Bedding for cots is not available.

NB.
1. All cottages have central heating except The Old Bakery and Woadden’s Cottage which have modern night storage heating.
2. Bed linen and towels are provided in all cottages.
